2. Root Veggies
Root veggies are very much beneficial during winters. Vegetables like carrot, reddish, potato, onions, garlic etc. It helps to produce heat in the body and also take a longer time to get digested.
3. Gajar Ka Halwa
The favourite dessert of winter is Gajar-ka-halwa. I guess very few people dislike it.
